We need more information or photos to be able to tell. Also would be helpful to know what you mean by legit... what we cans see is a quite aged dial from either a 145.022-69 or -71, and a rather beat up DNN bezel. If we assume these pieces are correct, it would probably make this a later-range 145.022-69, or a 145.022-71. What you choose to do would be entirely based on the price and your opinion of the aesthetics.

Thank you gdupree for prompt reply. You correct. This speedmaster is from 1971 by caseback and 32 millions serial no. Sorry for confuse question. I concern about the color of letter and number is look yellow, is it possible ? And the number 1 is miss on dial,Is it look normal from age?
Thanks,

It basically looks all correct. There is some dark staining on that minute subdial, so maybe a strain or scratch was repaired and the 1 was lost in the process??

The dial looks heavily aged and a bit damaged, but I think it's attractive for what it is. Beyond that, there is nothing wrong with the dial and you should wear it in good health. If the movement hasn't been serviced, I would recommend it. The discoloration of the hands and dial could possibly indicate that the watch was exposed to humidity or moisture at some point.

The serial number checks out for a -71.

As others have said, based on the photos and the additional information you've provided, I think it's legit, just well-used and a bit battered. It's really mainly a question of price and your own personal taste.

It seems very nice to me, have it serviced (if needed) and wear in good health 😉
