Sadly I must part with a lovely old 105.012-65 Speedmaster that I've had in my personal collection for nearly 10 years now.
Checking value on the excellent 'Speedmaster 101' site (thank you William) I'm not exactly sure where to place it. My feeling is that it is better than 'Good' but it's also certainly not NOS as it bears signs of use. I'm not greedy so want to settle on a price grading that is current and fair to both parties. So what do you guys think?

    The very pertinent points are:
The dial and the hand lume are 100% original. These are not colour matched hands but original Tritium.
I believe the case to be un polished which does mean it retains a few dings etc..
It has its original 1506 bracelet (plus one original 16 end, but the old ends don't fit nicely so I've fitted a pair of replica ends.)
Just returned from a full service at STS/Swisstec so has nearly a years guarantee.
Original old logo crystal and original old pushers and other replaced parts included (it was very original/untouched when I bought it but felt it needed a sympathetic service before sale.)

I'd be grateful for your opinions.

I would say good. While your assessment is accurate, as you say it is not NOS. That said, I would fall back to the next grade, good.
If sold, the description would fill in the fill in the difference.

That's going to be a very good buy for someone - looks great and would invite regular wearing and I'd feel confidence in terms of the recent STS service. I'd expect there to be quite a queue!

Its not collector piece, but good. And if you want to sell it faster dont put it on high side of 101speedmaster evaluation :D.

I do not want to read another 65 pages of "is this moonwatch worth 14k USD" or simillar thread

I'd say 'good' or slightly above. You mention a couple of dings to the case and the bezel has some minor wear, which would pull it down from good, but then it has a bracelet and full service from respected watchmakers to pull it back up.

I might be wrong here, but I think you can assume gradient pricing.. So Good at $9200, and Collector at $12,500. If it's a bit better than good, you could price it at $10,500 for example. Not that trying to set your price, just an illustration.

I think it's a solid good - priced thus plus the cost of service.

For me Good to. Some lume loss in the dial plus a somewhat worn back. The regulator pointer, is that before or after the service?

It's a bloody good example that for sure Ash, the lume is a feat colour, the case is sharp. Is it boxed and papers? Or even boxes and instructions etc, that seems to be adding quite a lot of 'value' at the moment.

I'd have thought the 1506 bracelet and endlinks alone would sell for $1,500 to $2,000, if not more.
Does this not translate to a full addition of those figures to the 'good' price when the watch and bracelet are sold together?

I would classify this example as "very good". Along with the bracelet and the recent service, I would think the watch could be easily priced at least halfway between "good" and "collector" on the Speedmaster101 chart.

Yes the last two photos with the movement show it before service. I haven't opened it after service.

Thank you all for giving some perspective on this. Consensus seems to be a solid Good, with the added benefit of the service and bracelet.
