I saw online that a pointed "A" in "seamaster" on the back is an indication of a fake. Is this true? Any insight? What should a watch like this go for?

I have the exact same watch (166.0216) and can confirm it looks 100% like mine (except mine being unpolished):

It's from the mid to late 70s; funny enough, its not in the Omega database, but if you search for 166.0216, you get a lot of hits online.
It contains a cal. 1020. I bought mine in the 80s (really NOS with the "purple snot" still on the back).
