Hello everyone, I'm new to the Omega forum...I have owned several Tag Heuers but never an Omega. The serial number is 59682923. It does not have the box or papers. Any info would be awesome. Thanks!

    That's a nice watch.

Do you care if it's mechanical or not?

Ist this the women's watch with 36mm diameter?
No. It isn't. Beside the date window is a small index. So it is the 42 mm version of the electric blue. Looks good:thumbsup:

Who says the midsize is a women's watch?Plenty of blokes seem happy to wear this size.

I just bought this a week ago for my birthday...it's a 43 mm so I'll check the size difference tonight.

Eh? That is clearly the mid size quartz electric blue SMP from circa 2000 (based on the serials of other quartz SMPs I have seen). The date window placement can fool people since it differs between the quartz and auto movement but the give away is the rim around the casebook engraved area, big on the 41mm, small on the 36mm. Even so it isn't necessarily a female size, there are larger and smaller models than this and plenty of men's watches are in 36mm anyhow.

So I went and picked it up...in person the color is really amazing. The lume is very bright as well. But as you all have noted, it's fairy small by today's standard. Here it is next to my 43mm Tag. It also is fairly heavy for a smaller watch.

Look at the new Tag next to the 17 year old Omega. Incredible!

Lume doesn't get much better than the sword hands/Blake SMP. they are all SL too so won't lose effectiveness any time soon.
