I am new to the forum and am not sure how to post this. If this is not the right way to do it, please let me know. This would ve my first omega and I'm trying to follow the advice about condition and originality. https://www.ebay.com/itm/152212938345Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network

It looks correct to me other than being relumed at some point. Wait for other opinions as I'm far from an expert.

The crown is a replacement but otherwise looks like an honest watch. That's a good starting price for a solid 14k gold SMDV.

I agree, but too bad it won't be staying there. My prediction is that the final price will be close to double the opener.

The information is quite explicit. A gent's watch with 13 mm lugs! I think you need to check that out before you buy!

Listing also says that diameter of the watch is 34mm which is pretty standard for these, although there were boy's sizes down to 31mm or so.

I would ask the seller before bidding just to be sure, but it seems like a typo to me.

I have the same watch except gold filled instead of solid gold with the 550 movement. The example looks good other than the replacement crown as pointed out earlier. Not sure about your budget, but having lost out on bids with prices jumping hundreds of dollars in the last seconds of bidding I would expect this one to go quite high.
