This watch came with an original crystal but with several cracks so i had it replaced... Before picture But after it was opened, i noticed the dial started to form some very little minute bubbles/marks (of dial paint i guess) all over the dial...but they are not noticeable unless you bring it in sunlight for very good lighting... but still the dial looks clean and immaculate... Is the dial original or redialed? Thank you...
What has your research into this reference revealed? Do you think it's been redialed? Have you compared it to other examples of this reference?
The bubbles/blisters are a normal sign of aging and if not too noticeable will not greatly affect the value of the watch. If it is a re-dial I'd like to know who did it (but I vote for original). Just to be sure I'd like another hi-res shot of the dial with the hands at 10:10
OK, I'll take photos of the dial and markings...looking at the markings they are very neatly done and very very sleek...
Here is a recent photo...letter A in the OMEGA not flat on top but the letter A in Swiss made is Flat... I dont have a macro lens so i just used a 10x magnification jewelrer's loupe to take photos of the dial and see up close the markings and the white spots... The white spots
There are others with far more knowledge than me but I like the look of the font and printing of Swiss made, so I would guess original
Thnk you sir shaun hk...im half convinced its original dial...since it came with a beaten signed crystal...and the markings are too perfect to be redial...
