    not a zenith guy but came across this on ebay and the Dial I found to be quite interesting

    The dial is legit - Page 226 in Rossler, but that is on an 18k case.

    totally legit - comes in two dial variant as well. A bit showy but very striking.

    My curiosity was pushing me whole night and I went on to look at other zeniths and came across this one at sub 5k price, it feels like decent value but again this is my 10th hour into zenith. Appreciate all the expert thoughts on this.

    Congratulations, it's a fine looking watch.

    You do realise though, that it will get lonely being the only Zenith in your watch box. ;)

    I am actually about to hit the buy it now button on the striking 10th, unless the experts think it ain't right.... Darn, this is getting out of hand.

    The second watch you showed is one of the re-issued Heritage models - hence the limited edition of 1969 watches (the year the el Primero came out) I believe @LouS has one of these in his collection.

    There are many of the modern era el Primeros that I would try to talk you out of buying - but that isn't one of them.:thumbsup:
