Is this real or fake?

Hello guys! I have this old Omega Seamaster Antimagnetic 18k 0750. I wanted to know if it’s real or not.

It is neither gold nor an Omega. It's what used to be called a Marbella special.

The watch is real.
But it never saw the inside of an Omega factory (i.e.: it's a counterfeit).

If the movement hasn't been bastardised with a fake Omega engraving it could be useful for parts in other watches.
The case/dial/hands are worthless.
