Can you help me figure out if the redial is ok? Original? They say is 30mm case.

    Thanks!

    Thank you :)
I also found that layer strange ... do you think it devalues a lot because of this? Do you think it's worth anything?
The only thing i know is that rancheros are a very complex subject...!

Yes, it devalues the watch significantly, and it is not the only problem!

I would suggest that you not buy the watch under any circumstances.

I'd say the dial is actually a counterfeit, hands likely as well. Dial looks like the ones coming out of Vietnam, marketed as refinished, but actually newly made fakes.

Looks really like those fakes from Vietnam, same errors made on those fake dials.

It is not like Ranchero's are a very complex subject, just that fakes abound. SO, do a little homework, look at correct one's (plenty on prior OF posts) and compare with this one. The many differences will become obvious. Good luck.

Thank you for your advice, that’s what I’m going to do. I am a beginner in vintage watches, and like everything in life, we must study and then know what we are doing!

If you are a beginner it is not a good idea to start buying Rancheros as they are a minefield... start with easier to assess watches
    just my 2 cents

as all forespeakers, dial is fake, hands, too. These new hands are sold on EBAY every now and than, someone places them as new old stock, however, if you compare them to the originals you will easily find the differences (size of lume on minute hand, the grate in the middle of the hands, etc.) Stay away from it, the only valuable things are the casing, the crown (which appears correct) and the movement (not necessarily Ranchero number). If you get it for 600€, you may think about reselling as spares on EBAY ;-)
