Doesn't appear to be fake (but I'd like to see photos of the movement and outer and inner caseback to be sure it's not a franken), but it looks overpolished. The lugs should look more like this:

Best get used to bidding patterns on eBay. For most watches in demand, you will see the real bidding activity happens in the last minute. In other words, the current bid price will probably bear very little resemblance to the final price.
