Hello all, see below. The question is clear I guess.... I can’t see it. Anybody?

 

Heavily polished, and then badly buffed.

But they got it to look "ah! shiney!".

 

Hard to say. These are supposed to be shiny and a little melty looking. Had one and that’s how it looked.
