I am far from expert on very special vintage Omega models but something seems not right. http://www.lauritz.com/da/auktion/omega-seamaster-xvi/i4286581/ Buckle is from mid or late 60's but it does not make the watch Franken (or non Kosher at least). Dial is somehow to white. But it could be Kosher as well, as I said not an expert. And I am just curious no plans on bidding on it at all.
That symbol doesn't look printed, it looks like a black inlay on a enamel dial for the Olympics from the 50's.
With the solid gold case I think I'd expect to see those coffin shaped gold markers and not these thin ones with onyx, but a quick Google brings up an interesting discussion here: http://www.watchprosite.com/?page=wf.forumpost&fi=677&ti=960963&pi=6678953
