Hi, Can you please provide feedback on the Omega signed manual Cal 30t2 that I bought? regarding the issue at the 8 marker, do you believe it is due to a watchmaker servicing issue or what could be the reason? do you believe it will affect it is value in the future.

Definitely a refinished dial, not uncommon as this case is a snap-back with very little water resistance so with the daily rigours of life moisture will get in and degrade it over time.

Thank you for your comment, so no chance at all to be original dial, since as per the seller, the watch is in a very good original condition including the original crown. He added that the issue on the 8 hour marker happened when the watch was at the watchmaker, its not a refinished dial. I believe I need to discus this with him again.

Not only has it undoubtedly been refinished, but poorly.

100% the dial has been refinished
Thank you for your comment David, it seems there is total agreement on this point. I will need to speak with the seller about what I just learned, and I hope to reach an agreement.
