Hi all, been wearing my new Seamaster 300m as a daily since buying it. But there's something that has been bugging me about it since new. Quick Google image search is bugging me more now.

The case back, the Seamaster faces the crown rather than facing "12" , on all the photos I have seen online they all seem to face 12?? Or is it a case of them being made to face 12 for promotional photos but for consumer they face however they are put on?

It’s normal.

Promo shots and the newer niad style cases are perfectly aligned though.

 

not at all is it my only concern, just thought while I'm surfing on my break at work (Night Shifts) might as well ask.

 

Perfectly normal, as is with the crown positiion.
