I can't tell if this is old lume in the indices or something else? I never really noticed it and now I am curious. Does any one know?

Okay thank you, that's what I was leaning towards with most of the confusion coming from the fact that it didn't match the hand lume color!

 

From these photos I'm wondering if and why the hands and the dial furniture seem to have aged differently?

 

Hands may have been replaced or re-lumed at some point, however its not uncommon for the lume on these bar figures to age differently than the hands.
