Is this Longines real?

I’m curious if this is a legitimate Longines or fake. It’s supposedly reference 7429 but I’ve not previously seen numbers next to “SWISS” on the dial nor have I seen such stamps on the case back of other Longines. Unfortunately I don’t have movement photos but something isn’t adding up.

Definitely not pre-1970 Longines, which means that the name on the dial is essentially meaningless.

I wouldn’t say meaningless, they did some nice watches in the 90’s including the Weems reissue- it shares traits with this one.

You can say the same for the many other resurrected brands that utilize an ETA movement.

I think it's the real deal. Had a few similar over the years in the Philippines.

Interesting, I would have guessed Frankenwatch as it doesn’t look like any Longines I’ve seen before and the design language doesn’t look right for the brand.
