The movement looks ok to me and the dial is very similar to mine.

Here are a couple pics of mine. I don’t have a pic of the case back but can look later if no one else has answered you.

I don’t like the corrosion on the case back and the crown being a different color but I love the dial.

I have two with this ref. number. The caseback seems ok to me.

 

Looks good to me. Movement may need some cleaning. I'd replace crown for a steel one.

I think due to the different manufacturer that the engraving are different? You guys doesn't have that weird "OMEGA WATCH CO" compared to this one, and there's that HF logo under the writings "ACIER STAYBRITE", that's actually the first time i saw it. I'm confused

 

I think I'll let the crown stays, as it's a gold capped case, would be weird to have a steel crown attached

Why do you think the engravings look suspicious? All looks good to me, but does appear to be some rotor rub on the caseback at some point.
