Seems genuine. Decent case condition at 37mm case, crisp lugs.
The movement was interesting because I searched the web and came across similar pieces with a Cal 262. However this one states a Cal 264 movement?

Here's a link for some cal. 264 movements and an image of what it should look like. What surprises me is the Universal Watch. Co instead of Universal Geneve engraving. That big screw covering half the engraving is also suspicious.

Dial and hands look original, but I don't have enough experience to confirm that they go with this cal.

I found this one that is similar which makes me think that hands and dial are original. Unfortunately the seller is not responding our offering a picture of the mecanism.

Do you really think it left UG like this?

 

The two screws are obviously (not perfect) replacements.
The fact that it was for the US market (UOW import marking) might explain the Universal Watch Co (I am not an expert).
