Is this King Quartz a good fit on my wrist?

What do you guys think of it regarding the size of it on my wrist? I do love how easily it slips under the cuff (not to mention how satisfying it is have down-to-the-second 20 SPY accuracy). Minus the small blemish near the 4 marker, it otherwise looks NOS from 1981.
