    There are three things that are going to keep most people from commenting on this watch:

    1. It isn't quite "vintage" yet, being less that 20 years old.
    2. It is quartz.
    3. It is a ladies watch.

    No offense meant, but most of us here have little knowledge of watches of this type. Rather than give you bad advice, I'd rather give none at all.

    Same thing as gator said - I don't know diddly about quartz lady's watches. :( It can't hurt to throw an offer at them if you like the watch. Would you like it at $350 or $400? If so, contact the seller.

    Your best gauge for pricing is to look at completed auctions, but ONLY the GREEN numbers, these actually sold.
