Not sure if I'd consider a dial that appears to have been heavily cleaned to be original.

 

Also wondering if it has been cleaned but does not look refinished, IMO.

Edit: Additionally, finish on the ratchet wheel looks incorrect.

 

This is my watch. The dial is original and has been lightly cleaned. It has not been refinished. The top surface of the ratchet wheel was brushed to remove some surface corrosion. Good eyes!
