    Hoi, why there are many vintage watch with second hand replacement but correct hour and minute hands? Is that because second hand more prone to wear & tear hence more often replaced?

    Yes, The second hand is easy to fall off , get bent, rust or lost in the service

    Rust? Yes. For some reason a lot of second hands seem to tarnish long before other parts. Got a couple watches that are otherwise mint except for a couple blemishes on the second hand. Weird, eh?

    What's with the wonky O in Chronometer? The second O. I don't think I've seen that before.

    Well, there are two types of O in Chronometer in those 167005, 168005.
