Can it be repaired or renewed its a static bezel. Also is it possible to strip it and make it silver Thanks.

 

No that is paint you will need a new bezel and looks like a crystal also

The bezel comes off this watch and the crystal comes with it, so it's not like popping off a regular Speedy Pro bezel.

You will likely need to take this to a watchmaker to get it changed.

Buy this watch for under $100, remove the bezel insert, throw casio in bin, fit insert only to Speedie, voila!

 

are the inserts easy to do ? any tutorials floating around ? I can get an original insert for $150

 

See the note above (hint: free and sound advice) from a qualified watchmaker....

 

It can't be that hard, you don't have to worry about warping the original as it's destined for the bin anyway, soaking the watch in methylated spirits for a few minutes will soften the glue enough to remove the bezel insert.
