Is this an Omega OEM bracelet?

A franken clasp, right, but what about the band itself - ring any bells? OEM Omega? It came off a Speedmaster MK II I received recently, but unlike anything I have seen before. The straight ends and the large taper to the clasp look as if they were made to fit that style of case. Appreciate any help in identifying what I have here.

Hi John,

this looks like a Joske Holzer bracelet to me. Should be marked as J/M Holzer Mexico sometimes with an imprint of the month and year of production on the lower blade of the clasp. If not somebody changed the clasp.

Endlinks are unmarked,

That's interesting, Max. I never thought about a Holzer as I have only thought about them in the context of a Speedmaster bracelet.

Unfortunately the clasp has been changed :-(

John, I have a few of them, also had one for a 145.022. I have seen them on Mk 2, Mk 3, 4 and 4,5, also on Flightmasters and divers from the 70ies. End links ( straight 20 mm or 22 mm, rounded for the 145.022) are allways unmarked and different writings on the blade are known. I like them a lot, very comfortable to wear. As far as I know they were used on Omegas for the South American market.

About the clasp, let me take a look at my magic parts box 😀

Please mind, that you need a certain „top“ for the clasp which catches the bars of the blade to close. I hope you get what I mean 😀 The one on your pics might work. I added two pics of the top and the underside of the clasp of one of my Holzers.
