Is this Admirality a good buy?

I've been offered this Omega 136.015, cal. 613. Having little experience with these I would appreciate your opinion before I dive in. Here are my thoughts:

The calibre matches the case and the serial number (which I make out to be in the 29 millions) seems to be in line with the time of production. Case to me looks quite sharp and fat which is a good sign. From my limited experience the dial does not look redone. It has some spots but I suspect that they could very well just be dust particles which could be removed. All in all not a bad watch that would clean up nicely unless I am missing something (which could very well be).

The seller is a watchmaker and the watch comes serviced. Priced at 750 euro, would you say its a fair deal?

it looks like a honest watch to me, as you point out edges look sharp, dial quite clean - overall fine condition
if you like the watch 750€ is okay, maybe in the high but that doesn't matter if you keep it for a long time

Looks more €350-450 to me. Average condition case, average attractiveness of dial, manual wind movement and once you've factored in a service you'd be in for €1000!

It looks like it has all the right parts, it's not pristine but still a nice watch (except for the cyclops 🤮).

I'd like to see a decent picture of the dial without hands obscuring anything.

Well if it's supposedly serviced then I find it strange that there is no gasket fitted to the case/case back

This dial is rarely seen on this reference. By the way in my opinion it is not the most attractive dial variation. Finally I think that the price is reasonable.
