Is this a vintage De Ville?

I recently inherited this watch. I can't see a serial number on the outside of it but don't have the skills to take the back off (as I believe the serial number could be inside?)
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what vintage this watch is and if in fact it looks like a real model?

Looks like a genuine Omega Quartz De Ville from about the 1980s with an aftermarket bracelet.
