We inherited this watch from my grandmother and am wondering if its a universal geneve watch as it says universal on the face but not geneve. Supposedly its platinum and diamonds and was bought from a jeweler in Chicago in the 60’s? Any idea on its value and if anyone knows of anyone that might be interested in purchasing it please let me know. Thanks
