What if it was your watch for sale and someone started a thread without any proof or knowledge just a " it looks like a redial " on a Omega Forum Look at them for a while and do research and tell us why it looks like a redial, or why it is a redial. Instead of starting so many threads put them all on this thread https://omegaforums.net/threads/does-this-watch-seem-kosher-to-you-guys.42486/
I didn't say that it was fake. I am just wondering whether it's a redial because: 1) the dots aren't centered and 2) the Omega logo is slightly crooked.
If you look at the various photos, the same lume dots look off center in some and perfectly centered in others. I'm not sure what you think you're seeing isn't variations in camera angles.
Again, I think it's the photographs. I may be wrong but I'm not prepared to call it a redial based on the photos. Each photo has a slightly different reflection off the marker which, I think, is creating the illusion that the lume is off center. Others will chime in and give their opinions but, in the mean time, there are plenty of examples of this watch for you to compare it to so you can make an educated opinion, rather than just going with your gut.
Look at it in the second photo. From that angle, it looks dead center but the 8 looks off. In the first photo, the 8 looks dead on. That's why I think it's optical illusions. However, I admit I'm not an expert.
Yes looked at all the images and it could be my old eyes but even in image two it gave me doubts. Like your good self I would not call redial.
Honestly it looks good to me. If it is a redial it is a damn good one. Seller says its original. Lume looks ok too. The only thing that was funny to me was the seller listing the size as "41mm with crown." If there's one lesson I've learned it's not to lie and say it's bigger than it is (Which is to say, who includes the crown?)
Or try to use this one https://omegaforums.net/threads/vee...-redial-or-fake-altogether.42724/#post-503559 Cheers W
The case looks like it's had barely any wear and tallies well with the condition of the dial. FWIW I think this dial is fine. Seems a very nice watch to me.
