To my not very expert eye, this looks for all the world like a Watchco style reconstruction, not the "vintage1960" watch that is promised in the description.

I messaged the seller and asked him this and had no response

    Any other views?

I'd wait for another opinion from someone more expert than me but that looks completely fake: bezel, case, and hands don't look like the real thing to me. The dial is either a service one with painted/aged lume or the best fake I've seen.

What's that reference number on the inside caseback? Looks like 613233 - definitely not 166024 like it should be. Nor is it 166.0324 like a Watchco should be... there's something up with this one I think

I haven't got time at the moment to do a detailed look, but the movement is corroded, the rest of the parts look very fresh, crown is not correct for a Watchco, the caseback photo is blurred while the others are crystal clear.

    My Spidey senses are tingling.

Anyway, I'm off to the football, Go Bombers!

I'm looking at my Watchco as I type. With regard to the one in the OP, the bezel text is different, the crown is different, the lume colour appears too yellow even for a C3 dial, and I'm pretty sure there are even some tiny, but noticeable differences in the way the hippocampus is drawn on the back (don't want to give too much away). This one is looking dubious to my admittedly novice eye.

The other fascinating thing I have just noticed is that the seller appears to have 100% +ve feedback despite 2 no pays from him out of only 21 transactions. Ah E bay is a fabulous thing

If you're looking for a non POS WatchCo hit me up. I may not be ready to sell as I just got it but I may have to sell a couple of watches in the near future to fund a grail. You can even start a thread and ask opinions :D
