Is this a rare Fab. Suisse Dial for Longines 30L? Or Is It a Redial?

    Hello to Everyone!

    I Saw this very Strange vintage Longines 30L with a fantastic Black and Red sector Dial (Fab Suisse), Has anyone ever seen one?
    for me it is not the first time, in the past I had already seen this Dial in a watchmaker...

    For now i have only this photo:

    Redial.

    And for further reference, it is a "cross-hair" dial, not a "sector" dial.

    Also, the watch has an incorrect replacement crown, the hands are suspect, and I'm not even certain that the case is correct.
