Hi all, really new to the vintage watch space and have wanted an omega with date for a while.

This one looked nice and I was wondering if there is anything I should be worried about based on the information presented therein? The seller mentions some “ratting” which seems odd but then again, perhaps this is common for such watches? Seemed to make me think perhaps the movement was replaced with something smaller than what was originally included in the case.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Is that Tritium or black paint on the hands? Should be Tritium lume.

    Hi Dan,
not the reference I know best but beside Swiss Made there is a T for Tritium and I can't see such lume on either hands or indices.
    Could be a redial

Case has had plenty of polishing. All the lines are rounded off.

Should the caseback have a logo?

Furthermore the condition of the hands is pretty bad whereas the dial looks like new. I would stay away... ;)
