If so, in which time span was it fitted? Would it fit a 1969/1970 pre-moon 145.022?

I want a everyday insert to preserve my currently installed DON bezel.

Nope . that is probably a generic insert . You could by a generic for lot less then that . From cousinsuk

What the purist say i don't now ?

 

This looks like the insert that came right after the DON, first used in later 69 model. But this is just an insert you can't use alone in place of your old bezel.

Ps: I just said "looks like". No comment about authenticity.

 

I've never seen an omega bezel with three different fonts on the number 2 before.
Very poor quality aftermarket.
