From what I can tell it's a 1962 movement. But from what I've read Omega didn't add De Ville onto the dial until 1963. Don't really mind if it is, just curious. Thanks

 

From what I can see from the poor pictures the watch looks genuine (apart from the non matching hands that should be lumed along with this dial) and I absolutely dislike the way the seller touches the heart of the watch.
