    My first impression:
Dial without waves, there should have been waves.
    Bezel looks strange to me
    Wrong back, small seahorse

Te price .... are you serious ????
SO - I am quite sure it's FAKE

I can't be certain, but I have a bad vibe about it. The dial should indeed have the wave pattern, and the engraving on the interior of the clasp looks sloppy. If I had to guess, I'd say it's a fake - I would bet that if you remove the back you won't find an Omega calibre 2500 inside.

And for the price, you could have gotten a genuine one at an Omega Boutique.

image.jpeg The non-wave dial could be because they are trying to fake the ceramic version. But the Text is wrong. Here is mine
"Professional" should be under "seamaster" not on top of "co-ax

Pattern on the end links don't match the rest of the bracelet.

    Serial number...?

    Doesn't look good.

I dont have mine (sold) ... but it seems the coax had a taller bezel, as opposed to the 1120 powered ... seemed taller than the one I see here (going from memory here)...

so, while not 100% sure, I'm inclined to call (damn good) fake here

    cheers, Al

The only way you'll know for sure is to have the back taken off and the movement checked.

I have the 2220.80 with 2500C calibre. The "Professional' is just over 'co-axial' on the bottom half of the watch as in the OP's photo.

It really looks to be a bit weird - I was about to lecture you all that there are no such things as good Speedmaster Pro fakes, but I'm wavering here... The bezel looks off; the pearl is completely wrong, as the lume pip stands too proud and the pearl w/ sorround is too big.

Secondly, the bracelet is fake. That reference number is for a 18mm bracelet, yours is a 20mm model. Also, the general execution of the bracelet SCREAMS badly made reproduction.

Thirdly, that caseback is wrong. It should have a large hippocampus, not the style yours have, which, I believe, is from an older version.

So... Well, the case, dial, hands and movement may be genuine :whistling:

Get rid of it immediately. Preferably with fire, so no-one else ends up duplicating your experience when the seller lists it for sale again.

Oh, and let me help you here.

A watch similar to the one you wanted to buy in the first place can be yours for roughly 18,000 SEK. The model this one tries to imitate is not the one available in stores, that's a newer model with a slightly improved movement, a ceramic bezel and a dial without the wave pattern.

Its fake, the Helium release valve is cheap and nasty, bracelet is completely off, the waves caseback isn't on the Co-Axials, they all have the large sea-monster one, you need to get your money back ASAP.

Watch in that link has 2824 eta so definitely it is not genuine.

    You picture is not showing.

The movement should marked with the "Omega 2500" in yellow, shouldn't it? How do you know it's an ETA 2824 in the photo? I'm no expert and just curious. The photos are far too poor quality IMHO.

Because if you know these movements, the features of a 2824 (or more likely a clone of one in this case) are very easily spotted....

Yea as Archer said this is most likely the clone of 2824, and its rotor bearing looks like 2824 which is much different than Omega 2500/ETA 2892 rotor bearing. That is probably the most obvious but not the only difference.
