ยทFound this 18k Seiko Ultra Thin from 1974. It's incredibly rare and has survived being melted down. It is an amazing watch at only 5.5mm thick. It was part of Seiko's luxury line and also came in platinum. Unfortunately moisture seeped in through the crystal and corroded the dial horribly. I am always against redialing and will always keep patina however in this case the watch looks horrible and is unwearable in this instance... redialing is the only option I believe. I posted on the seiko forum seeking a replacement dial but there is no way to get one. Does anyone have suggestion for redial places? Which is the best one? my watchmaker likes to use Kirk Dials.
