    I personally would want to see much higher resolution photos of the dial and movement. And the lugs as well.

    I’ve heard the 2828 is fairly small in diameter (32mm?) compared to modern tastes. Might be a bit polished, but it presents well. Can’t really go too far wrong for that price.

    Keep in mind that it should (and almost surely needs) $300-$400 worth of service

    Yep, it has been redialed - for some reason a lot of these mid-sized ones has.
    It will probably sell at that price, but not to someone who was a collector.

    It looks very nice to me. I know that vintage small watches are not so very valuable. If it has 35mm it's a fair price in my opinion but if it measure less...it's your decision. It will be your watch..:)
