I have no idea if these are original or desirable but as we are always buying watches for ourselves, how about a matching one for the wife/SO?

In fact, they look a nice pair and the price seems good (I have no idea what these manual Dynamics go for though).

For the non Brits, Howard and Hilda were in the sitcom, "Ever decreasing circles" and always dressed the same:

Don't worry, when you reach my age an awful lot seems to disappear from your mind :(

And they're sold. I think they are quite a cool pair for an anniversary present (a watch for someone and keep the missus happy) although the Dynamics are not really for me.

I am still a young blood, Alpha as 50 is the new 40, 40 is the new 30, 30 is the new 20 so, I seem to be regressing to my teenage years. God knows what that will mean but probably not good:). Who could forget H&H, Stewart, still make me shudder thinking about them!

    Cheers, Chris

Whomever bought them got a bargain. While the case finish on both needs to be redone, they're quite sharp otherwise.

Was this a common dual buy back in the day? Here's another pair, slightly different at four times the price!

I think the international branch of Martin's company, "Valvulas de la Valle de topos" is based there...
