Until proven otherwise. You can corroborate that by inspecting the watch itself. The caveat is that "revisioned" may be a direct and slightly awkward translation into english of "révisé" which can simply mean "serviced" in french (and possibly other languanges)
No matter what the seller says in words you judge by looking at the pictures. If the seller is inexperienced, the description will likely be inaccurate. If the seller is a veteran dealer I for one am always on my guard. But the pictures - they tell the best story especially if well taken.

I think the seller means it has been serviced and the case has been polished and refinished. It certainly looks like it. My german is a tad rusty though
If the case has been polished, it is done very well, still have very sharp edges and perfect sunburst. I really like the 'Panda' dial.
