Is that Omega Constellation unique?

Hi everyone! Is it possible that this one is the first Omega Constellation with Co-Axial? After the serial number (starting with 606), I conclude that it was produced in 1999. The first Co-Axial on commercial sale appeared, according to Omega, in the same year but in the De Ville series.

I believe this watch is maybe too new (with Co-Axial movement specially) for this section?

Maybe some people will consider it vintage if it is no longer produced but I believe you would get better luck posting it on the modern Omega section of the forum.
