Just had my1996 Seamaster serviced at my local omega shop. Was pleased with the service but have noticed recently a noticeable noise from the weight inside as it rolls around. Is this normal?

We'd have to hear it, but generally there isn't a noticeable noise when the rotor spins unless you have your ear near the watch in a very quiet room.

It sounds like a two metallic surfaces rubbing together and is audible without any effort. Only been two weeks since returned to me from omega, do I have a case to return to the shop?

If you're worried about it, and you probably should be, contact them about returning it.
