Is it rare Omega seamaster 2757 cal 355 dial ?

I have purchased one from eBay as the attached photo. However, I search Google image with omega 2757 but I could not find the exact dial.

Is it a fake or rare dial?

Looks like a one of a kind refinished dial.

The dial is refinished but only 12 in the dial with only 12 is not common.
Could anyone tell me what is its dial or case reference number ?
