is it normal for a 145.022-69 to have a 861 caliber 30-31 mill serial

Just flipped my speedy 3590 cuz I wasn't happy with the case as the whole watch was polished and I didn't see the brushed/polished facades or really crips lines. Been looking at 3590 or 145.022 with nicer cases.

Is it normal to see a 69 year case with a 70-71 caliber in it or is it most likely a movement swap.

@momosono @padders thanks appreciate the confirmation. learnt a lot from buying my first piece and have to be much more critical in choosing the watch there seems to be so much more once you get It in your hands
