    Hi All,
I was recently offered a Seamaster for sale, and since im wary of fakes, I compared it to more offices images online of ref 2531.80 Omegas and I swore that what I was being offered was fake (see my comparison pictures attached)...
When confronted the seller immediately sent me pictures of the movement, and it appears authentic...
Is it really a fake or was I being overly cautious and have mistakenly accused a good seller of selling fakes? Please help!

You're comparing two different models so there are bound to be differences.

The one you have been offered is the midsize 2251, your online image is the 2351.

    Serial number: 80421154
    Article ref: 25518000
    Version of movement: 1120

Looks fine to me...and just like the 25518000 I have in the shop right now...

Thanks all for the input... I see now that it’s legit. I feel bad because the seller is a really nice guy, but hopefully I can straighten things out with him. Thank you all again!
