Hi! Can you help me with this one? Is it fake? http://alojaimagens.com/images/n2i2yjqzm2ebo63u254l.jpg http://alojaimagens.com/images/scoyd6eyfwl7050f275s.jpg
Sometimes I just feel like responding........... "have a wild fuck'n guess" I guess I'm getting old and crotchety.
Not everyone knows these things. Luckily they have someone to come to for help. I would hate to see someone spend a pile of money on a piece of shit..
Yep, I understand. Just get a bit tired of the one posters who get their answer and never to be seen again.
Are we allowed to occasionally say " WOW, completely genuine and one of the rarest, most expensive and sought after models in the world".
If I may play fast and loose with the obviously well intentioned expert views above, I'm not so sure - it looks to me like a refinished early Roman Omage from 29 BC - the year is recorded in the little rectangular inset - the giveaway, of course, is that Omage has been misspelled, this is a very rare piece indeed, I'm not sure that time was even invented when this was produced - if the price is right I'd say grab it with both hands, indeed - Caesar (no, it's ok,I'll use my own thanks - it's already loaded)
