Put together - new case paired with old movement and either refinished or modern replacement dial. Hands are wrong and not even sure the crown is an omega crown.
Similar cases with the sticker have come up for sale periodically on eBAY. Looking at the paint around the indices I would say this is a redial. According to the database, this ref should have been 266/267 movement. Overall looks like a franken example.
I am thinking I should collect legos...They seem easier... On the positive side, one is developing a sixth sense...it does not replace knowledge, but it helps....
