A mate of mine has just got an a planet ocean chronograph with a white dial,now I'm no expert but I've never seen a white dial PO, I've not seen the watch only seen pic's on his phone, also he say's it has 007 on the clasp, I think it's fake, am I right ? What do you guys think

My friend said his wife bought him the watch from the boutique in the Trafford centre Manchester, and it came in the red box which i thought was strange as my smpc came with the new wooden box,so i phoned them today and the sales person said he had never seen a white dial chronograph PO,also they stopped give watches in the red box 4 months ago,and Omega told them to destroy the red box's so it looks like its fake to me

If you'd taken 15 seconds to look online you'd see they do make white dial PO's. So yes, the thread is useless without pics.

not sure if the white ones should be 007 editions though!! The strap it comes with doesn't sound right. So yes pictures would really help. There are quite a few tell tale signs on a fake, especially the cheaper ones

 

sorry in my first post i said it was a white dial chronograph and forgot to say that in my last post, so do people know if Omega make a po chronograph with a white dial i have searched but can't fined one,so yes you don't need photo, just a yes they make one or no they don't

 

Not sure, I'll have a look, but pretty sure if they did it wouldn't be a 007 watch.

Yeah most do, but here are only a handful of 007 omegas, the wave dial blue Seamaster pro, the planet ocean in black as worn in quantum of solace, the aqua terra and Seamaster 300 master as worn in the new spectre.

 

thanks Craig from the phone photo he showed me thats the one but in white,the thing is he's not short of a bob or two and he has a few genuine tag's
so i think he got it to p*ss me off

 

Hard to say 100% but I personally would say it's fake.
