Is Catawiki reliable for genuine Omega? Are these pix real or fake?

I have never used Catawiki and based on the comments above never will. The surprising thing is though that this can go on so openly!

You can find good deals on catawiki, but you have to be extra careful. Also their experts are not worth their title. I see often undisclosed redials, and wrong mouvements in Constellations.

Agreed that it it home to a large volume of fake, franken, and overpolished watches that misold under the premise of experts evaluation. But there are definitely diamonds in the rough if you do your homework - I have picked up 3 really nice watches in the sub £300 range.

A couple of things I really like are that the seller feedback is detailed and transparent (and translated), the photos are generally of a higher quality that other sites like eBay, and the search alerts and filters are concise and easy to use respectively.

Real shame about the shady side as it’s halfway there to being a great platform.
