    Hello to all!
I'm out of my league here. Got it today, cleaned it a bit and I love it to bits. Other than that I have been searching and searching for information regarding it and I came out with nothing. Looked at all the zenith case and serial charts. .. and im still at square one.

Questions that I do have : where can I have such a little thing serviced in the uk ? Can I trust any watch services/repair shop to do it?
what are the 3 separate markings on the inside of the case ?
Any ideea how old it is ?
Any information, advice would be more than helpful.
Thank you again and sorry if any of my questions are silly. It's best to admit you don't know something than never to know how it's proper. 20170622_100041.jpg 20170622_140802.jpg 20170622_140931.jpg 20170622_141111.jpg 20170622_141608.jpg 20170622_141619.jpg 20170622_141636.jpg 20170622_142004.jpg 20170622_142019.jpg 20170622_142245.jpg 1498138639135-2104389580.jpg

The movement is a cal.525.8-6 which, according to Rossler was made between1946 and 1953. I don't have my serial number dating charts to hand so I cannot refine the date further at this time.

Any competent watchmaker should be able to service it for you but I know that my mother has used Chris Heal before on vintage ladies watches. I think he trades as Cheal Watches and is based in Rye or Hythe - somewhere in the South East corner. I do know that he has a Zenith parts account.

Nice piece. It's also gold plated and not solid gold.

Thinking about the serial number, a six digit number would suggest that it came from the Bessancon factory in France for which the records were lost.

Thank you both for the information.
You are corect, I did find it in France. Are the markings inside service dates in roman numbers (that's my best guess) ?
