I'd offer three G O perpetuals and throw in a manual winding cal 22 in trade. Would that swing a deal?

The DON is one of the cleanest I've ever seen. But the lume is super dirty looking and what is up with that weird blue green funk on the center part of the hands?

$12-$13K I guess, more if the end links are real 6s.

Edit: to add.... Nice photography though.

That's not a £18,500 watch, imho, even in this crazy market.

To me it looks as though the minute hand broke and has been resoldered and the soldering painted.

I've bought from these guys in the past and their prices are always a bit high but usually good examples. I bought an enicar sherpa mk IV there for very strong money but it was a mint example. There are a few watches on the site now though where prices seem crazy. that carrera for 35k GBP?????

i think for 18,500 GBP you'd be buying basically the most perfect ed white on earth. that aint' it.

When you ask yourself, "Who is buying pristine DON's for $4000 and why?" It is to put on a watch like this and ask this much for it. ;)

Whatcha mean? That’s all factory finish. The chrono hand however got sprayed with Dr Who’s secret Tardis clear coat that defies the space-time continuum...
