Gav in Israel really does some nice work, I've seen a custom dial he did for a vintage JLC (the original dial had already been redialed poorly and the owner wanted to make something cool out of it) and it was quite stunning to see in the flesh.
I've never seen one of his Cloisonné's sell on the open market loose like this before so I'm somewhat curious as to what it ends up going for.
